Hotel infrastructure and food are excellent the rest needs improvement
The hotel rooms , the breakfast and the dinner are excellent and the hotel is beautifully located!
Negative: In case you have booked half pension what most people do you have to pay even for the drinking water! 3 Euros per bottle, plus a Espresso is 3 Euro! This is by far to much in a country like Egypt!
The animation program is horrible and they better safe the money and spend it for free water! We are in Egypt it is important to drink enough!
We also had to use the medical doctor to receive an antibiotic the price was with 200.- Euro outrageous!

Great reef
The main draw is the very large reefs. I saw turtles, eagle rays, a whitetip shark and many other fish, including some that I haven't seen anywhere else. Partly coral bleaching. Due to storms, the sea grasses have largely disappeared and with them the manatees.
Negative: It seems that the clinic is another profit center. The prices are higher than in Europe. They quoted me € 100 for a 5 minutes doctor's consultation (but you can bargain it down) and a cream would have cost € 25 that cost € 1 in Cairo. Thus, I declined to be treated.
